We stayed overnight at the Queen Anne Inn in late September as we traveled around Nova Scotia. The place was beautiful, the service was great (friendly staff), the room was comfortable, and the food was top notch. No complaints whatsoever and we would love to stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

We stayed here in late August 2025. Everything about this place is elegant. It's like we went back in time. It looks beautiful, the owners are so friendly and helpful, it's very quiet and there's lots of space in the rooms. We felt taken care of. And, the breakfast is very good and an extra bonus. We would definitely go back.

We stayed in the carriage house and a charming room. They were both lovely. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Everyone was helpful with restaurants and things to see in the area. I would stay there again!

This is a great place to stay! It’s within walking distance of the main part of town, right by the Annapolis Royal Historic Gardens, has comfortable rooms, a large garden at the back, and great breakfasts. The decor is totally in keeping with the style of the building, so don’t expect all the convenience of a modern hotel, but it has everything you need.

Really nice inn with grand rooms and common areas. Room was very spacious, huge bed and sitting area. Shower only no bath. Heating in room works well. Streetlight shone through the curtains overnight in the room we were in so recommend having an eye mask. Really lovely common areas including an outside deck and you can get drinks (beer, wine) from reception. Reception really helpful and offered to make us dinner reservations at a nearby restaurant (there were only two places open for dinner in town on the Sunday night). Easy walk into town and the waterfront, fort and gardens. Breakfast included - three courses with choice of main freshly cooked. Breakfast was really wonderful, heaps of food, would be great if could start a bit earlier. Recommend for a quiet stay in Annapolis Royal!

Overall excellent. It's right down the street from Queen Anne Fort and near to a great ice cream shop. Not far off is a great pub called Whisky Teller. Service was very friendly and the place has a cozy place to read & relax. The room is was in, carriage room, had bath on bottom floor and shower on 2nd. A nice mini fridge (though a mini freezer would have been welcome). Breakfast there inclusive choice of French toast and fresh berries or eggs on toast and smoked gouda. A fresh made blueberry scones and berry smoothies!

Had a lovely weekend at the Queen Anne Inn. Felt relaxing and luxurious. Loved walking everywhere in town. The included breakfast experience was like eating at an exclusive, fancy spot every morning.
